Empire Partner Foundation (EPF) was full of buzz on 15 September as Johannesburg business elite came in large numbers to celebrate entrepreneurship and culture at 35 Ferguson, Illovo, Sandton. 

The event was a partnership between EPF and DameConcepts in association with the Swiss Embassy. EPF through Tech Hub provides resources and safe space for entrepreneurs and small medium enterprises owners to grow and nurture their receptive businesses. 

The event featured different speakers: Jacqulene Friendethal from Swiss Embassy, Tshekedi Monyemore – Comedian and Radio host, Krishanta Moonsamy – new business developer and Joanna Govendor CEO of EPF, Sfiso Tshabalala, entrepreneur and author who gave a keynote address and masterclass about Master Your Money Mindset, Irvin Damon – DigiChief gave a short talk about food, his initiative and crusade about inner-city culinary.

Ndaba Thembekile Zweliyajika Mandela, entrepreneur and Chairman of Mandela Institute for Humanity and AKHA Ventures partners Brian Mlambo and Siveshen Chettiar were featured as special guests. 

Rethabile Mohlala, Founder and CEO of the Award winning Advertising and Marketing Digital Agency DameConcepts kept the show going as a programme director.
